Triathlon Training Programs

Triathlon TrainingB Mee Tri training programs and coaching cover every aspect of triathlon, providing much needed guidance and advice for all levels of competition, from beginner athletes, young and old, to the experienced triathlete. Subjects such as, equipment, nutrition, training, techniques, health, understanding your body, race preparation and racing are all covered and explained, simply and easily.

Taking the First Step…

Signing up with B Mee Triathlon & Multisport for the first time involves building a relationship with you as a person and an athlete. In order to do this we need to build a personal profile which will include your current exercise regime, your goals and your day to day commitments. This initial consultation takes around 45mins and from this information we will tailor your program. Once off fee $50.00
 

Sprint/Olympic Distance

Sprint/Olympic distance training programs are provided by email in 2 week blocks

$100.00 + GST (Australian) paid at the commencement of each 4 week block – (Minimum commitment 12 weeks*)

Rates include the following

  • Weekly email communication/feedback.
  • Once a fortnight phone conversation in regards to your program
  • Membership to the B Mee HIVE for strength training and conditioning sessions (for those that live in Hervey Bay or are visiting)
  • Weekly group training sessions 1 swim, 1 bike, 1 run session, 1 Pilates for Triathletes session per week run by B Mee Coach Lars Included in your package (these will be charged at $5 per session for those not on a B Mee Program)
  • 45min Body Balance Analysis with a B Mee Exercise Physiologist to ensure that your body is working efficiently in each of the disciplines. This will include a strength and conditioning program that will be incorporated into your Tailored Tri Program. The usual fee for this is $72.95 All sessions mapped out are based on your ability and goals

* We highlight the fact that your minimum commitment to us is 12 weeks. Why 12 weeks? It takes at least this long for you to adapt to the training process we will put you through. If you are coming back after a lay off or are starting a training program the first part of such a phase will be a majority of aerobic training. This is to build a base and get you aerobically strong in order for your body to be able to sustain the intensity levels later on into the program.

Half Ironman Distance

4-week block updated and given weekly

$120.00 + GST per 4 week block.

  • Includes Heart rates / strength training / pace times / and perceived effort and all session content.
  • Pre and post event follow up and race tips.
  • Membership to the B Mee HIVE for strength training and conditioning sessions (for those that live in Hervey Bay or are visiting)
  • Weekly group training sessions 1 swim, 1 bike, 1 run session, 1 Pilates for Triathletes session per week run by B Mee Coach Lars Included in your package (these will be charged at $5 per session for those not on a B Mee Program)
