Aqua aerobics is a form of exercise which provides a variety of health benefits to people of all ages and activity levels. Inside the pool the water works to support your body and provide resistance against your movements. A water aerobics class is generally a good workout for the heart, muscles, joints and the mind.
B Mee Aqua Aerobics Classes
General Aqua: A total body workout, providing a balance of cardiovascular, resistance and endurance. Great for beginners and the more experienced.
Hydro: A low impact workout, targeting specific muscle groups. Great for rehabilitation or people just beginning water exercise.

Aqua Aerobics Classes – Fraser Shores Retirement Village
Fraser Shores Retirement Village has a large heated, shaded pool with wheel chair access. Each Wednesday afternoon B Mee run an aqua aerobics class. Residents pay $5 and receive a 45 minute full body water workout using the resistance of the water and aqua noodles. Classes are kept fun by working out to energising music and incorporating strength and flexibility through movement in water.
